1. Program Overview
The Fymble Mega Fitness Rewards Program is a limited-period promotional initiative designed to encourage fitness participation through the Fymble platform.
- Program Period: 26th January 2026 – 31st December 2026
- Lucky Draw Date: 1st January 2027
- Eligibility: Users who join the Program and complete eligible purchases through the Fymble app.
2. Joining the Program
Participation is not automatic. You must join the Program to become eligible.
To participate:
- Click the “Participate Now” button and confirm your participation on or after 26 January 2026 from the Rewards page within the Fymble app.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions to complete your enrollment.
3. Eligible Purchases for Entries
Each successful, non-refunded purchase earns Lucky Draw Entries in the following categories:
- Daily Gym Pass
- Fitness Class Booking
- Gym Membership
- Kyra AI Subscription
- Refer & Earn (when the referred user completes an eligible purchase)
Each eligible purchase generates unique, non-transferable Entry IDs based on the purchase type.
4. Daily Gym Pass – Entry Rules

- Entries are credited according to the number of days included in the Daily Gym Pass purchased.
- For example, if a user purchases a 7-Day Pass, they will receive 7 Lucky Draw Entries.
- Maximum allocation: 100 Daily Gym Pass Entries per user.
5. Fitness Class Booking – Entry Rules
Fymble offers multiple fitness class types including Zumba, Yoga, Personal Training, Aerobics, Martial Arts, Pilates, Dance, and many more.

- Entries are credited according to the number of Fitness Classes purchased.
- Example: If a user purchases 7 Zumba Classes, they receive 7 Lucky Draw Entries.
- Example: If a user purchases 3 Zumba Classes and 4 Yoga Classes, they receive 7 Lucky Draw Entries.
- Maximum allocation: 100 Fitness Class Entries per user.
6. Gym Membership – Entry Rules
Entries are awarded based on the duration of the Gym Membership plan purchased.

8. Referral Bonus Entries
Referral Bonus Structure
- Refer 3 unique friends → Earn 1 Bonus Entry.
- Maximum allocation: 25 Referral Bonus Entries (requires 75 successful referrals).
Each referred friend must:
- Register using your unique referral code.
- Complete any eligible purchase (Daily Gym Pass, Fitness Class Booking, or Gym Membership).
- Have a successful, non-refunded transaction.
9. Entry Limits Per User

Purchases beyond these limits will not generate additional Lucky Draw entries. However, you may continue using Fymble services normally.
10. Entry Validation & Display
- Each eligible transaction generates a unique Entry ID.
- All Entry IDs are visible in your Rewards Program Dashboard.
- Entry IDs are non-transferable, non-editable, and permanently locked after confirmation.
11. Invalid & Disqualified Entries
Entries will be cancelled if a transaction is refunded or fraudulent activity is detected.
Entries will be cancelled or revoked if:
- The transaction is cancelled or refunded.
- Duplicate, fake, or self-referrals are detected.
- Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the program is identified.
12. Lucky Draw Process & Transparency
The Lucky Draw will be conducted LIVE at a physical venue on 1st January 2027. Venue details will be announced soon.
- Registered users will receive venue details once finalized.
- If you cannot attend in person, the draw will also be streamed LIVE on the official Fymble YouTube Channel.
- Winners will be announced publicly on 1st January 2027 and contacted via their registered mobile number and in-app notifications.
- Winning Entry IDs will be displayed partially for privacy.
- The Lucky Draw result is final and binding.

14. Legal & Disclaimer
- This is a promotional rewards program and is not a lottery or gambling scheme.
- Participation is completely voluntary.
- Fymble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
- All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Weekly Challenges — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
Weekly Challenges are promotional fitness activities organized by Fymble. Users can participate in challenges to earn points and win exciting rewards.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a registered Fymble user and be at least 18 years of age.
- Fymble reserves the right to restrict eligibility for specific challenges at its discretion.
3. How to Participate
Users can earn Challenge Points by completing the following activities during the challenge period:
- Book a Daily Gym Pass — Purchase and use a Daily Pass at a partner gym.
- Book a Fitness Class — Reserve and attend a Fitness Class through the app.
- Purchase a Gym Membership — Buy a Gym Membership through Fymble.
- Interact with Kyra AI — Subscribe to Kyra AI Pro.
Each qualifying activity earns points according to the challenge rules displayed inside the app.
4. Challenge Period
- Each challenge runs for 7 days.
- Only activities completed during the challenge period will count.
- Fymble may extend, shorten, or cancel any challenge with prior notice.
5. Rewards
Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
- Fymble Hoodies
- Laptop Bags
- Water Bottles
6. Reward Distribution
- Winners are selected through a Lucky Draw.
- Shipping is available only within India unless otherwise stated.
- Winners must provide a valid shipping address within 7 days of notification or the reward may be forfeited.
7. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud
- All activities must be genuine.
- Fake bookings, fraudulent transactions, bots, or manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
- Fymble reserves the right to verify any activity before awarding points or rewards.
- Accounts violating fair play policies may be suspended or permanently banned.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
8. Reward Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Fymble may substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value if required.
- Rewards are subject to availability.
- Fymble is not responsible for manufacturer defects or damages after delivery.
9. Taxes & Liability
- Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Fymble shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of reward items.
10. Cancellation & Modification
- Fymble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Weekly Challenge or reward without prior notice.
- If a challenge is cancelled, any earned points for that challenge become void.
- Fymble’s decision regarding all challenges and rewards is final and binding.
11. Data Usage
Challenge participation data, including activities, earned points, and rankings, is collected and used solely to operate Weekly Challenges and determine winners.
