1️⃣ Program Overview

The Fymble Mega Fitness Rewards Program (“Program”) is a limited-period promotional reward initiative designed to encourage fitness participation and engagement through the Fymble platform.

• Program Period:
  26th January 2026 to 31st May 2026
• Lucky Draw Date:
  1st June 2026
• Eligibility:
  Open to users who successfully join the Program and complete eligible purchases via the Fymble mobile application during the Program Period.

2️⃣ Joining the Program (Mandatory Opt-In)

Participation in the Program is not automatic.

To be eligible:

• Users must explicitly opt in by clicking “Participate Now in Rewards Page ” within the app.
• Users must accept these Terms & Conditions.

Only users who have joined the Program will be considered eligible for lucky draw entries.

3️⃣ Eligible Purchases for Entries

A successful and non-refunded transaction made through the Fymble app under any of the following categories will generate one (1) Lucky Draw Entry ID, subject to entry limits:

• Daily Pass
• Fitness Class Booking
• Fymble Nutrition Plan
• Membership Plans
• Refer & Earn (Referral Bonus)

Each eligible transaction generates a unique, non-transferable Entry ID.

4️⃣ Daily Gym Pass – Entry Rules

• 1-Day Pass= 1 Entry
• Multi-Day Pass (2+ days)=Entries Based on Days
• Entries are credited as per number of days of daily gym pass purchased.
• If user purchases 7-day pass, they get 7 entries.
• Maximum: Up to 100 Daily Gym Pass entries per user

5️⃣ Fitness Class Booking – Entry Rules

• Fitness Class Booking – Entry Rules
• Fymble offers multiple classes including Zumba, Yoga, Personal Training, Aerobics, Martial Arts, Pilates, Dance, and more.
• 1 Fitness Class Booking= 1 Entry
• Multi Class(2+ Classes)=Entries Based on Classes
• Entries are credited as per number of Classes purchased.
• Example: If user purchases 7 Zumba Class, they get 7 entries.
• Example: If user purchases 3 Zumba Class& 4 Yoga Class, they get 7 Class.
• Maximum: Up to 100 Class entries per user

6️⃣Gym Membership Plans – Entry Rules

• 1-2 Month Membership – 1 Entry
• 3-5 Months Membership – 2 Entries
• 6-11 Months Membership – 3  Entries
• 12+ Months Plan – 4 Entries

Maximum Up to 15 Membership Entries Per User

7️⃣ Fymble Nutrition Plan – Entry Rules

• Fymble Nutrition plan = 3 Entries

📌 Entries are credited once per successful purchase.

Maximum Up to 15 Nutrition Entries Per User

8️⃣ Referral Bonus Entries

✅ Referral Eligibility Rules

Users can earn bonus lucky draw entries through referrals, subject to the following conditions:

• Refer 3 unique friends using a valid referral code
• Each referred friend must:
  • Register on Fymble using the referral code
  • Complete any eligible purchase (Daily Pass / Fitness Class Booking / Membership/Nutrition)
  • Have a successful, non-refunded transaction

🎁 Referral Bonus Structure

• 1 referral bonus entry is awarded for every 3 successful referrals
• Users can earn up to 25 referral bonus entries per user
• This requires 75 successful referrals in total
  (Refer 3 friends → 1 entry )

📌 Referral bonus entries are separate from purchase-based entries and do not increase category-wise caps.

9️⃣ Entry Limits Per User

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following maximum entry limits apply per user:

Purchases beyond these limits will not generate additional lucky draw entries, but users may continue using Fymble services normally.

🔟 Entry Validation & Display

• Each eligible entry generates a unique Entry ID
• All Entry IDs are visible in the user’s Rewards Program Dashboard
• Entry IDs are:
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-editable
  • Locked after transaction confirmation

1️⃣1️⃣ Invalid & Disqualified Entries

Entries will be cancelled or revoked if:

• The related transaction is cancelled or refunded
• Duplicate, fake, or self-referrals are detected
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program is identified

Fymble reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in suspicious or unethical behavior.

1️⃣2️⃣ Lucky Draw Process & Transparency

• Winners will be selected via a computerized random draw
• The lucky draw will be conducted live on the official Fymble YouTube Channel for complete transparency
• Winner details may be announced using:
  • Partial Entry ID
  • City / Gym name (no sensitive personal data)

The draw outcome shall be final and binding.

• Participation is voluntary
• Fymble reserves the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program in exceptional circumstances

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
