Fymble & Fymble Business – Account Deletion Policy
Fymble (For Users)
Users can delete their accounts directly from the Profile Page within the app.
Steps to delete your account:
1. Go to settings –> Delete Account
2. Click on “Delete My Account”.
3. A confirmation popup will appear. If you confirm, your account and all associated data will be
permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted:
• Personal details (Name, Email, Password, Mobile Number, etc.).
• Workout, diet, and progression data.
• Any other information stored in the app.
• Your details will also be removed from the gym admin’s dashboard in Fymble Business.
Data Retention Period:
We may retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to recover your
account. After this period, data will be permanently erased and cannot be restored.
Fymble Business (For Gym Admins)
Gym owners and admins manage client accounts and gym-related data. Due to the nature of this
app, full account deletion is not possible, as it would impact the operation of linked client accounts.
Handling Account Deletion for Gym Admins:
• If you wish to stop using the app, you can request to deactivate your account by contacting
our support team at support@Fymble.app
• Your account will be disabled, preventing any further logins or new data additions.
• Client accounts created by you will continue to function unless they are deleted individually
by the users.
• Some data may be retained for regulatory and business continuity purposes.
