Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Fymble Mega Fitness Rewards Program (“Program”) is a limited-period promotional reward initiative designed to encourage fitness participation and engagement through the Fymble platform.

Program Details

Program Period: 26th January 2026 to 14th August 2026
Lucky Draw Date: 15th August 2026
Eligibility: Open to users who successfully join the Program and complete eligible purchases via the Fymble mobile application during the Program Period

2. Joining the Program (Mandatory Opt-In)

⚠️ Participation is not automatic. You must join the Program to be eligible.

To be eligible:

Click “Participate Now” button and confirm your participation on or after January 26, 2026 in the Rewards page within the app
Accept these Terms & Conditions to participate
Only users who have joined the Program will be considered eligible for lucky draw entries

3. Eligible Purchases for Entries

Each successful, non-refunded transaction made through the Fymble app under any of the following categories will generate Lucky Draw Entries, subject to entry limits:

Daily Gym Pass
Fitness Class Booking
Gym Membership
AI Food Calorie Scanner
AI Diet Coach
Fymble Nutrition Plan
Nutrition Consultation
Refer & Earn (with referred user purchase)

Each purchase generates unique, non-transferable Entry IDs based on the type of purchase.

4. Daily Gym Pass – Entry Rules

1-Day Pass = 1 Entry
Multi-Day Pass (2+ days) = Entries based on number of days

Entries are credited as per the number of days of daily gym pass purchased.

Example: If a user purchases a 7-day pass, they get 7 entries.

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 100 Daily Gym Pass entries per user

5. Fitness Class Booking – Entry Rules

Fymble offers multiple fitness class types including Zumba, Yoga, Personal Training, Aerobics, Martial Arts, Pilates, Dance, and more.

1 Fitness Class Booking = 1 Entry
Multi Fitness Classes (2+ Classes) = Entries based on number of classes

Entries are credited as per the number of Fitness Classes purchased.

Example: If a user purchases 7 Zumba Classes, they get 7 entries.

Example: If a user purchases 3 Zumba Classes & 4 Yoga Classes, they get 7 entries.

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 100 Fitness Class entries per user

6. Gym Membership – Entry Rules

Entries are awarded based on the duration of the membership plan purchased at a gym:

1–2 Months Plan = 1 Entry
3–5 Months Plan = 2 Entries
6–11 Months Plan = 3 Entries
12+ Months Plan = 4 Entries

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 15 Membership entries per user

7. AI Food Calorie Scanner – Entry Rules

AI Food Scanner Purchase = 1 Entry

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 4 AI Food Scanner entries per user

8. AI Diet Coach – Entry Rules

AI Diet Coach Purchase = 1 Entry

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 4 AI Diet Coach entries per user

9. Fymble Nutrition – Entry Rules

Basic Nutrition Consultation (₹199) = 1 Entry
1 Month Nutrition Plan = 3 Entries
3 Month Nutrition Plan = 3 Entries

Entries are credited once per successful purchase.

⚠️ Maximum: Up to 15 Fymble Nutrition entries per user

10. Referral Bonus Entries

Referral Eligibility Rules

Users can earn bonus lucky draw entries through referrals, subject to the following conditions:

Refer 3 unique friends using a valid referral code

Each referred friend must:

Register on Fymble using the referral code
Complete any eligible purchase (Daily Pass / Fitness Class / Gym Membership / Fymble Nutrition)
Have a successful, non-refunded transaction

Referral Bonus Structure

Refer 3 unique friends → 1 bonus entry
Maximum: 25 referral bonus entries per user (requires 75 successful referrals)

Referral bonus entries are separate from purchase-based entries and do not increase category-wise caps.

11. Entry Limits Per User

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following maximum entry limits apply per user:

AI Diet Coach	Up to 4
Fymble Nutrition Plan	Up to 15
Referral Bonus	Up to 25

Purchases beyond these limits will not generate additional lucky draw entries, but users may continue using Fymble services normally.

12. Entry Validation & Display

Each eligible entry generates a unique Entry ID
All Entry IDs are visible in your Rewards Program Dashboard
Entry IDs are non-transferable, non-editable, and locked after confirmation

13. Invalid & Disqualified Entries

⚠️ Entries will be cancelled if the transaction is refunded, or if fraudulent activity is detected.

Entries will be cancelled or revoked if:

The related transaction is cancelled or refunded
Duplicate, fake, or self-referrals are detected
Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program is identified

Fymble reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in suspicious or unethical behavior.

14. Lucky Draw Process & Transparency

The Lucky Draw will be conducted LIVE at a physical venue on 15th August 2026. Venue details will be announced soon.

Registered users will be notified with venue details once finalised
Can’t attend in person? The draw will also be streamed LIVE on the official Fymble YouTube Channel
Winners will be announced publicly on August 15, 2026
Winners announced using partial Entry ID
Draw outcome is final and binding

15. Rewards & Fulfilment

Prizes

1st Prize: Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max
2nd Prize: Apple AirPods 4 (Wireless Earbuds)
3rd Prize: Boult Thrux Smartwatch (GPS)
10 Consolation Prizes: Smart Cup Water Bottle

Rewards are:

Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
Not redeemable for cash

Delivery timelines and verification requirements will be communicated to winners separately.

16. Legal & Disclaimer

This Program is a promotional reward activity and not a lottery, gambling, or betting scheme
Participation is voluntary
Fymble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program in exceptional circumstances
Fymble reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only

Acceptance of Terms

By using Fymble and participating in this Program, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
All information you provide is accurate and truthful

The Fymble Mega Fitness Rewards Program is a promotional campaign. Rewards are offered for eligible in-app participation and engagement only. Rewards do not represent or guarantee any health, fitness, or medical outcome. Selection of winners is subject to applicable terms and conditions.
